Our Yoga classes are focused on the Vinyasa style of Yoga. This is a flow style in which your movements flow from pose to pose. Some say it's similar to a dance class with more focus on breathing. This class is completely customizable to the needs of each student and is intended for all ages and abilities.  Yoga is a practice not only for the body but also for the mind and the spirit. These classes will get your heart rate up and help you build strength and flexibility.
