Yoga at NCADA
We now offer Yoga! Our yoga classes are taught by Steph Lauck. She has been teaching for four years and is 200hr RYT certified. She has been a member of the NCADA family since she took dance classes with us as a child. Her classes offer a variety of movements which will give you a much needed break from your busy life. You can expect to exhale, stretch, and grow your strength when you get on your mat in our beautiful space. Beginners welcome!
Yoga classes are offered:
Tuesdays 9:00am - 10:00am
Thursdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Saturdays 11:00am - 12:00pm
Multiple pricing options are available including drop in rates, discounted 5 week course rates, and 5 or 10 packs.
Wear something you can sweat and stretch in. Mats are available at no additional charge.
